Introduction
Applicants for an A license who are aged 7 or will turn 7 during the year must pass a medical examination at a center approved by the Ministry of Sports.
Holders of a competition license who practice a category A sporting activity must also undergo a periodic examination during the calendar year in which they reach the age of 12, 15, 20, 30, 40, 45 and 50 years old.
You can find the addresses of these centers (see bottom of page)
Appointment booking
When making an appointment, please indicate that you are coming for the CH-PL Club Hiversport-Patinage Luxembourg
When making an appointment, please let us know the date by email at skating.luxembourg@gmail.com, so that we can restart the Ministry, if we do not receive the results.

Documents required
During his visit, the athlete must bring:
-
his vaccination card;
-
their social security card (CNS);
-
his glasses (do not wear contact lenses, if possible);
-
the list of medications taken regularly;
-
all previous medical reports.

Communication of results
The results are sent directly to the Ministry of Sports, which will inform the Club. If everything goes well, you get nothing.
In the event that your child is “temporarily unfit”, you will receive a letter from the Ministry, asking you to contact your attending physician to carry out additional tests or undergo treatment. The Club will be notified that the child is “unfit” but without giving us the reasons.
What to do if your child is “temporarily incapacitated”?
-
Make an appointment with your doctor to carry out the necessary tests or treatments,
-
Ask your doctor for a certificate indicating that figure skating is not contraindicated for your child, so that he or she can continue to participate in training.
-
Ask your doctor to inform the center where you had the Sports Medicine so that they can send us a new Medicine when everything is back to normal,
-
Hold us informed, so that we can follow the progress of your file.
