  3. March Forward and glide on 2 Feet

  4. Dip in place and dip while moving

  5. Walk backward -toes in

  6. Jump up in once place

  7. Make snow

 

Level 2:

  1. Forward Skating

  2. Forward Car spiral

  3. Rocking Horse

  4. Forward Lemons

  5. Moving forward 2ft jump

  6. Beginner backward skating « wiggle »

  7. Snowplough stop

  8. 2ft turns forward to backward in place

 

Level 3:

  1. Forward 2ft slaloms

  2. Backward lemons

  3. Forward 2 foot turn on a line

  4. Scooter pushes with full blade (L+R)

  5. Forward walking on toe picks

  6. Forward 1 foot glide (L+R)

  7. Sideways ladder walk

 

Level 4:

  1. Forward skating with correct use of blade

  2. Forward « pumps » on a circle (L+R)

  3. Forward / Backward two foot turns on a circle

  4. Backward walking on toe picks

  5. Backward 1 foot glide (L +R)

  6. Backward stop

  7. Beginner 2ft spin

  8. Forward pivot (L+R)

 

Level 5:

  1. Forward inside edges on a circle. (L+R)

  2. Forward Outside edges on a circle (L+R)

  3. Forward chassés on a circle

  4. Forward crossover-lunge on circle

  5. Backward half pumps on circle

  6. Backward 2ft slaloms

  7. Bunny hop (L+R)

  8. Forward lunge / lizard’s tail spiral (L+R)

 

Level 6:

  1. Backward inside edges on circle (L+R)

  2. Backward outside edges on a circle (L+R)

  3. Forward Outside edges on an axis (L+R)

  4. Forward Inside edges on an axis (L+R)

  5. Forward crossovers

  6. Hockey stop both directions

  7. Backward chassés with landing stretch

  8. Side toe hops (L+R)

  9. Advance 2ft spin (min. 4 revs)

 

Level 7:

  1. Backward inside edges on an axis (L+R)

  2. Backward outside edges on an axis (L+R)

  3. Backward stroking

  4. Backward crossovers

  5. Waltz jump

  6. Forward Inside Mohawk (L+R)

  7. One foot Spin Min 3 revolution

  8. Moving 2ft ½ rotation jump (counter/clockwise)

 

Level 8:

  1. Forward inside three turn (L+R)

  2. Forward outside three turn (L+R)

  3. Backward outside edge to a forward outside edge transition

  4. Forward inside Mohawk (L+R)

  5. 1/2 Flip jump

  6. T-Stop

  7. Shoot the duck (L+R)

  8. Moving 2ft rotation jump (counter/clockwise)

  9. USp (min. 4 revs)
